中日合作交流樱花系统

经过一周的研讨活动，杭州师范大学-早稻田大学樱花项目已经顺利完成。项目开展后，中方与日方合计20位同学就（1）全球传染病控制策略与数字化，（2）老年人健康治理和数字化，以及（3）社区卫生服务与数字化三个主题开展了研讨并形成了英文研究报告与撰写工作。 具体为： 1. Wisdom service （1）Hospitals use the Internet, Internet of Things and other information-based means to provide patients with appointments, inspection , results query, fee-paying services, so that the medical service process is more convenient and efficient. In the new crown epidemic period, intelligent services can effectively reduce the contact and aggregation of the population. （2）By integrating the data of various medical systems in the hospital, doctors can be alerted in real time when there is a conflict in diagnosis, medical records, medication and examination, and the decision-making model based on big data and artificial intelligence can be established to support intelligent diagnosis and treatment decision-making to ensure medical security, speech recognition can be integrated into the electronic medical records system, doctors enter medical records by voice, and medical applications such as mobile check-in, mobile electrocardiogram and mobile imaging can be realized through mobile doctor workstations. （3）Using IoT sensing and wireless communication technology, intelligent infusion system, intelligent bed monitoring system and patient temperature monitoring system were developed, and intelligent and dynamic wireless monitoring was used instead of manual monitoring to improve the efficiency of hospital nursing and ensure medical safety. （4）Hospitals use big data technology for internal management, which is equivalent to equipping them with "smart butlers" to help hospitals carry out fine management and improve the level of comprehensive management. During the new crown outbreak, the hospital's integrated operation management system can realize the whole process of logistics such as medicines, reagents, consumables, articles and so on. 2.Does smart home help Alzheimer’s patients with ”forgetfulness”? （1）Background：Recently, the population of China and Japan is aging fast. Accordingly, the number of dementia’s patients is increasing too.And home care put a burden on their family and themselves, for example, “forgetfulness”.So we suggest smart home to help their healthy and happy life. （2）4W1H：Dementia patients at home and their families；Mild to moderate stage of symptom progression，Not yet to the stage of wandering；Resolve problems in daily life caused by forgetfulness；With the aging of the population in both Japan and China, the number of dementia patients is expected to increase.However, with the population also declining, caregivers will not be able to support all patients.Therefore, it is necessary to create a system that allows people to live without inconvenience in the stage before the symptoms progress.Using ICT technology, the system can serve as a reminder or reminders in daily life, easing the burden not only on the patients themselves but also on their families who are caring for them. （3）What’s dementia?“Dementia describes a syndrome of cognitive impairment that affects memory, cognitive abilities and behaviour, and significantly interferes with a person’s ability to perform daily activities. Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of dementia, accounting for approximately 60–70% of cases “ （4）What’s smart home?A house that uses IoT and AI technologies to realize a more comfortable life. 3.Walking Promotion Project： (1)Set skills ：score according to the number of walking steps, punch in tasks of urban fixed-point actions, walking robot dogs and other leisure activities. (2)Setting rules：players set personas；Players can exchange prizes according to their favorite and select task levels；Scores are obtained according to the walking distance during the task ；ompletion period and the task completion degree of city fixed-point action punch in；The scores obtained can be redeemed online for prizes；According to the game related measurement data, the robot dog reminds players of their regular work and rest, heart rate, blood pressure and other health parameters。 （3）Expected difficulties:The game operation team has a problem with the sponsor who provides exchange goods； The promotion is not enough, resulting in a small number of participants； Equipment maintenance of city fixed-point clock in； Bracelet version adaptation problem。
